small café. We offer two different kits, both built around a sturdy stainless-steel kettle that acts as both infusion chamber and serving vessel.
Kettles come in 12-ounce and 16-ounce sizes, and as long as the liquid you’re using is cold and free of particulates, you can get pretty creative
with what you pour inside.
The Classic NitroBrew Home Kit
This is the kit that started it all and it’s still our best seller.
The NitroBrew Home Kit infuses your drink with nitrogen only—no CO₂, just pure silky nitro texture.
Each kit comes with the kettle, a compact charger that does all the infusion work, and a small oil-free air compressor that plugs into a standard wall outlet. The charger itself is smaller than our commercial units, so it doesn’t eat up counter space, and the whole setup is straightforward enough that you’ll be pouring cascading nitro coffee in minutes. It’s been around for a few years now in its current form.

The New NitroBrew Duo Kit
Early in 2026 we introduced the Duo, and it’s already turning heads—it even competed in the World of Coffee 2026 Best New Product Competition in San Diego.
What makes the Duo different is that it infuses with both nitrogen and carbon dioxide. A simple switch lets you flip between smooth nitro drinks and fizzy carbonated sodas, sparkling teas, cocktails—whatever you want to try. The Duo charger packs in several upgrades over the classic kit: an integrated air compressor (no separate box to plug in), the gas-type switch I just mentioned, and a removable clip that holds your CO₂ cylinder firmly in place. A couple things to keep in mind:the kit itself includes the Duo charger, the kettle, and the clip, but you’ll need to supply your own CO₂ cylinder and a regulator with a compatible hose for the carbonation side.
The nice part? You’re not locked into a proprietary cylinder system—any standard CO₂ tank will work.
That alone saves a lot of headache compared to some other at-home soda makers.
